3 Ways to Keep Yourself Entertained when Exercising
If you are like me, you find small continual repetitions boring. This is a tough dilema when it comes to keeping a consistent exercise routine, as I would much rather do… almost anything else than just stand there and exercise. For most of you, your exercise routine wouldn’t go for more than 10 minutes per day, but that is long enough to keep yourself entertained. Here are three things you can do to keep yourself going:
1. Watch the morning/evening news. While your exercise only lasts for 10 minutes, just go for the headlines and the first story.
2. Listen to a small segment on the radio. If you exercise at the same time everyday, a small segment could be just the ticket to bust the boredom. Just don’t forget to change exercises.
3. Put on a CD you love. Make sure the music has a little bit of energy, so you don’t fall asleep, but don’t feel like you have to keep up with the tempo. Change exercises with each verse.
