About

In the spirit of positive thinking, I present to you this blog. It’s for anyone who suffers from chronic fatigue (be it from CFS, Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, Fibromyalgia, Depression etc… I won’t bore you with the definitions). The main gist of it is this: we need more energy. So I’m going to search every source, and scour my brain (or just speak from experience), and deliver you research news, tips, tricks and “lifehacks” (if you will), on:

  • how to get better rest
  • get fitter (even when you feel really tired)
  • handle other people (especially when they don’t understand stuff)
  • blend in like everyone else without making a fuss
  • eat well, and prepare easy foods with less effort (do I sound like a TV commercial)?
  • get stuff done
  • think clearly (or…dispel the brain fog)
  • [insert everything else here too]

So, welcome aboard. I’ll give you a few ways to keep up to date with what’s going here, just visit the subscribe page.

Also, if you have something to add, I welcome it! At the end of almost every page you’ll find a section for comments. Feel free to add your 2 cents, it could be very valuable to someone else!

Finally, if you have any tip-offs or ideas, or comments, feel free to contact me, Coops.

Enjoy :)

  1. I hope you find some answers in your search. I have had CFS & FM for 17 years and I have found some relief over the past couple of years by going to the Fibro & Fatigue Centers. They are located sporadically throughout the U.S. and the one I go to once a month is 2 1/2 hours away - 5 hours roundtrip. But it is worth it. If you would like to talk more about CFS & FM, please feel free to contact me through my site. I am always here to support others.

I will add you to my blogroll! Take care!

    Sandy
