Chronic fatigue is really taking over me!
These past few days I have been super tired! Yesterday I had to stay up till 3am just to rush through a project which was to be submitted on that day. I had only 3 hours of sleep. That day I was so tired to the point of collapse. When I was younger I was able to sleep 3 hours a day yet still have the energy to go on for the day. Thank God it was an early day for me at school and took a long nap of 4 hours in the afternoon. But today my condition was the same as yesterday =/
Sometime back I read about an article from the local newspaper that 11pm-1am is the time when sleep is most crucial because the body is rebuilding and renewing our body tissues during this period of time. I am gonna try that for the next few weeks and see how this works out for me. There must surely be a way to get out of chronic fatigue. I am getting convinced now that sleeping regular hours (8 hours) with the same time fixture each day is gonna help.
Sleep kills frustration as well ![]()

When I last saw my rheumatologist for fibromyalgia/cfs he said that it is not an old wives tale that sleeping from 10pm is the best time for optimal restorative sleep. It has something to do with circadyal (sic?) rhythms. So I have been told to be asleep by 10pm whenever possible.
I will check your blog to see how you went.
Blessings and God’s comfort,

Hmm, it could be that the problem isn’t only the lack of sleep, it’s that you’re not getting enough quality sleep as well. Maybe if you try to improve the quality of your sleep you will be less fatigued.
Take a look at this site called How to Get Better Sleep at http://get-better-sleep.blogspot.com , there are some useful tips that you can use.
Of course, having sufficient sleep matters too.
