Exercise: How To Remember Your Achievements

It’s so easy to have a bad day physically. Many times we need help to fight the discouragement that comes with feeling extra tired. You can keep yourself motivated to exercise everyday if you record your activities.

Simply get a sheet of paper and divide it into seven sections for the week with a pen. Each day, just fill in the activities you did and how you felt after. Tell the truth, but always try to find a positive in every day’s exercises. Don’t worry about writing down repetitions, or drawing a big table with exercises and goals. Make your entry about two sentences long. You can even buy a tiny pocket diary, and write in each day.

When you have a “down” day, read over this instead of exercising. This can make a huge difference to your motivation, and it can also remind you to keep consistent, so your diary isn’t full of blank days!
