Here’s a useful site for those who don’t have people keeping them accountable to looking after their health: Hassleme.

You can set up different “Hassles” such as:
- Go for a walk roughly every 3 days
- Get an early night roughly every 5 days
- Buy more low GI foods roughly every 2 weeks
