Positivity: How to Be a Productive Complainer
Do you find that when you spend so much time at home, without as much social contact, your mood becomes very low. I find whenever I’m having an off day physically, I seem to want to complain about everything. So, when I do complain, I want to at least make it productive. I’ve found a few tips and wanted to share one:
Allow [complaining] for 1 minute. However, the catch is you can ONLY do so for an alloted time of a single minute. Let all your emotions out. Then we are going to close the [Complaining] Box and WILL NOT come back to it again. We will move on to the next box.
